Return & Refund Policy

RETURN

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products purchased on HIVICHI and shipped by us must be returned with proof of purchase within 10 days from the delivery date. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee. The following requirements must be met for merchandise to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in their original condition with original tags attached. Worn, used, altered, or damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
  • Made to Order, DIY, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items that were imported by us and are damaged, faulty, or wrongly described, including missing sections of the order.

Please contact us at support@hivichi.com before returning the product. If you return the item without our confirmation and instructions, we cannot process your request.

 

REFUND

Once we receive and examine your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-5 business days and credited to your original mode of payment or credit card.

 

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at support@hivichi.com.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank statement again and contact your credit card provider. Refunds may take time to process. If you have completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please email us at support@hivichi.com.

 

ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION 

You have a 6-hour window to make adjustments or cancel your order after completing the checkout process. To make changes or cancellations, please contact us at support@hivichi.com. After this 6-hour period, orders will be forwarded to the production department, and no further modifications or cancellations will be possible.

  • Personalized items cannot be modified once the order is successfully placed.
  • You can change the size and color of an item as long as the price remains the same.
  • In discounted orders, you cannot modify the item quantity or product type. If you require changes in these aspects, please place a new order and contact us to cancel the original one within 6 hours.

If you choose to cancel your order within 6 hours, a management, processing, and transaction fee equivalent to 30% of your total order value will be applied. Please note that a full refund is only applicable when switching orders. When you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel the old ones and provide a 100% refund. Please inform us via email when you have switching orders.

 

DISCLAIMER

1. It is mandatory to provide all necessary information and materials related to your orders placed on our store upon request. Failure to provide required information or providing inaccurate or fraudulent details may result in the suspension or termination of your customer account.

2. We are not liable for any damages, claims, liabilities, costs, harms, inconveniences, business disruptions, or expenditures that may arise from the use or storage of products purchased from our store.

3. Once your order is delivered to the carrier, the risk of order loss is transferred from our store to you. You assume all associated liabilities and risks during the third-party transportation of your order.

4. We do not take responsibility for any loss or delivery failure of the shipment caused by an incorrect initial shipping address. Therefore, please review your information carefully before proceeding with the checkout. If you identify any mistakes in the order confirmation after completing your order, please contact us at support@hivichi.com within 48 hours.
