When can I expect to receive the tracking number?

All orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please consider additional time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons. The process of stocking and packaging items in-store usually takes around 3-7 business days. Once your order is prepared for shipment, we will provide you with the tracking number. If you don't receive tracking confirmation within 7 working days from the payment date, please get in touch with us. In case there are issues with your order, such as insufficient or incorrect payment details or contact information, there might be a delay in processing it.

 

How long will it take to receive my item?

Due to various factors that can affect international shipments, including holidays, customs procedures, and weather conditions, we can only provide an estimate of shipping times. If any of these situations occur with your package, we assure you that we will keep you well informed with all the available details. The estimated delivery date is calculated using the following formula:

Estimated Delivery Date = Date of purchase + 3-7 business days (processing and stocking) + Estimated shipping time

The estimated shipping time to the United States is 10 - 25 business days (typically around 12 - 14 business days).

To demonstrate our commitment and dedication to you, we offer a refund for the shipping cost (or a partial refund if shipping was free) if any item takes longer than the specified time frames to arrive at your destination.
- USA (Mainland): 40 days.
- USA (others): 45 days.

 

RISK FEE SHIPPING

If, for any reason, your items do not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund for the affected item. This is our commitment to you! If you encounter a missing order, please notify us by contacting support@hivichi.com. We will investigate the matter (usually takes 3-5 business days) and arrange for a replacement once we have reached a conclusion.
